Q.Can I order via COD (Cash on Delivery)?

A.Yes, COD is available within India. A 30% advance payment is required to confirm and process your order.

A.We aim for accurate measurements, so alterations are usually minimal. If you need assistance with any major alteration, contact us and we’ll be happy to guide you.

Q.Is there a return/exchange or refund for a product?

A.All garments are made to order and handcrafted specifically for you. We consider orders as acceptance of our terms and therefore do not offer returns or exchanges. However, if your order is delivered with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos/videos, and we’ll assist you promptly.
