Shipping

Shipping across all the states and Union Territories within India is completely free of cost. However, the shipping charges for international deliveries will be additional and will be calculated based on the weight, volume of the product, and the destination country.

Shipping charges will be shared upon inquiry and will be added to the product price if the product specifications exceed our standard international shipping options or if the delivery location is in a very remote area.

Returns

At Label Divya Jain, we create bespoke garments that are entirely handcrafted for you. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions.

Once an order is placed, we do not offer any exchange or returns as items are sourced and produced based on your measurements. However, if any alteration is required, we are happy to assist you within 15 days after you receive your order.

Note: Sold pieces are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances, as each piece is handcrafted specifically for your order.

Taxes & Duties

The product prices displayed on our website are inclusive of maximum retail price within India.

For international deliveries, we ship on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means product prices are exclusive of import duties, customs, and local sales taxes. As the recipient, you are responsible for paying all such duties and taxes at the time of delivery to release your order from customs.
